AnyCtrl ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our desktop agent and mobile application.
2. Data Collection
AnyCtrl operates on a peer-to-peer architecture. Your data is transmitted directly between your devices and never passes through our servers. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service.
3. Data Usage
Any data collected is used solely to provide and improve the AnyCtrl service. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.
4. Security
AnyCtrl supports two connection modes. In P2P (WebRTC) mode, all data is encrypted using DTLS, which is built into the WebRTC protocol. In LAN mode, connections use WebSocket over your local network and are protected by pairing code authentication. We recommend using P2P mode for connections over the internet. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission.
5. Open Source
The AnyCtrl desktop agent is open source, allowing you to audit the code and verify our privacy practices. You can review the source code on our GitHub repository.
